Drip Down

Originating as a type design project for my upper division Graphic Design program, my results in this assignment quickly became a self favorite amongst my portfolio items. From the X-height, to the serif, and everything along the way, this type treatment is 100% designed by me. I wanted to take the opportunity to present the design in the best style of function I envision it operating at. Given all of the smaller details within the typeface, working at a smaller scale is not an option as it would too easily get lost. Thus a large-scale billboard or high area of hierarchy placement is the best way to make use of this style of typography.
